You deserve to live fully. Most people I work with have developed ways of surviving that made sense at the time, and now feel like they’re running on autopilot. That might look like numbing with substances, staying perpetually busy, or being stuck in a vicious cycle of bed-rot-doom-scroll. In relationships, it shows up as people-pleasing, over-functioning, or consistently putting everyone else’s needs ahead of your own. These patterns made sense once, but they don’t have to define what comes next.
Throughout my career in mental health treatment, I’ve come to respect the power of genuine acceptance. I bring curiosity, authenticity, and a sense of humor to this work, and I’ll meet you where you are without judgment. I also won’t avoid the hard conversations, and I’d ask the same of you.
Therapy with me is down to earth and real. I understand that there are greater systems impacting all of us, and I'm not afraid to explore those with you. Our time together will help to uncover what you do and do not have control over, and maybe there will even be some laughs along the way. We will work to explore your values, and these will help dictate how you'd like to reach your goals.
Life can get heavy, but real connection brings levity. My hope is to offer a kind and honest therapeutic relationship, help you make sense of what you’re carrying, and work toward a life that actually feels like yours. If any of this lands, reach out and we can schedule a free consultation!
I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating relationship challenges, anxiety, life transitions, substance use, and recovery.
