As a School-Based Therapist, you will provide clinical counseling services to school-aged children from ages 5-18. This position is in-school, and on-site services will be provided in schools throughout the Asheville Area School System to students determined to need clinical support beyond what the school system provides. The therapist will be responsible for the following: 

•  Providing evidenced-based interventions in individual/family/group therapy settings, with incorporation of collateral providers when necessary 
• Conducting clinical assessments, trauma-screenings, and threat assessments and coordinating care accordingly
• Completion of all intake paperwork, clinical case notes, clinical assessments, and other necessary documentation in a timely manner
•  Collaboration with school social workers
• Providing reports to DHHS as necessary 
• Involvement in treatment-team meetings with school officials as it relates to student's mental healthcare. 
• Regular participation in required meetings and administrative/clinical supervision sessions
